After 15 days, a 50% refund will be enforced for returns.

- Arranged Pick-Up:Contact our customer service team to arrange a pick-up for your return.

Refund Options:

- Within 15 days: 100% refund or in-store credit.
- After 15 days: 50% refund, in store credit or exchange

- The returned item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
